The brand new nursery, Monkey Puzzle Tunbridge Wells recently underwent a full refurbishment towards the end of 2020, bringing the community brand new facilities as well as a state of the art garden; meeting all of your child’s needs.

We offer your child the opportunity to learn and play in carefully designed surroundings, that are not only stimulating and creative but provide peace of mind where safety is of the utmost importance.

We are extremely passionate about our inclusive practice approach and our dedication to SEND, supporting all children to thrive and have fun! We are also fully committed to the Local Offer which gives children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities and their families information about what support services the local authority think will be available in our local area.

We have dedicated nursery spaces for the different age ranges, including mobile and non-mobile babies. Each room reflects the seven areas of learning as prescribed in the Early Years Foundation Stage and is designed to be accessible to every child.

My son has been with Monkey Puzzle since he was 18months old and we have just registered our second who is due soon!

As a Social worker I was very apprehensive in sending my little one to nursery, but it has been nothing but pleasant and rewarding since he has started. Every query that I’ve raised is usually always responded to within the day. The managers are very warm and approachable and all staff are always welcoming. My son’s language and skills have developed tremendously, and he’s learnt lots of skills in independence since being there. Always lots of activities for them to do and very inclusive of different cultures/religions and backgrounds which I love. Parents are always asked to share their ideas on menus, activities, festivities so make you feel very involved. Very glad to have sent our little one there!

We are so happy with Monkey Puzzle, having moved our eldest from a smaller setting. Both of our children have thrived in their rooms, all the staff are brilliant and are genuinely interested in my children, their development and their lives. My son is always so excited to see her and she always gets a special goodbye from him! She obviously has a natural gift for it and has created a special bond which was clear to see when she was off for a little while and she came back to him running to her saying her name. She’s also super supportive and caring and gives me advice or suggestions when necessary. I often pickup and see them playing together and learning and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in his progress with his speaking and kind actions with other children inside and outside of nursery!
