Welcome to our very own Superhero Universe!
We pride ourselves on the people we have in place to support our nursery teams. We value a person-centred approach to ensure that everyone is treated as the wonderful individuals they are. The quality of the key relationships between the adults who care and support the children is vital.
High-quality care with a true understanding of the precious little people at the centre of our ethos enables children to become strong, confident and independent learners. We want to introduce you to our fantastic senior superheroes who will be supporting our children and families within the Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery universe.
Arlind Marku, Nursery owner believes that “a child’s successful journey starts from very early education so it was extremely important for me to provide the best settings for children to have enjoyable and fun learning experiences.” Arlind has worked hard to create a management team which instils their expertise to enhance practitioner’s skills and develop fantastic learning opportunities for children. “I am a firm believer that children are our future and we must give them an understanding of how powerful, important, valuable and perfect they are”
Jo, our Nursery Manager has a wealth of experience within Tunbridge Wells and is extremely excited to create a special space within the local community. My passion is to create inviting and positive environments where the children can thrive and develop through play and new opportunities.
